These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SkuTeq Parent-School mobile application (the "App"), provided by VVR Smart Solutions Private Limited ("VVR Smart Solutions", "SkuTeq", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the App, you ("you", "user", "parent/guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility & Account Access
- The App is intended for use by parents/guardians who have been authorized by their child's school to access the App.
- Access is typically activated using a registered mobile number or email address linked to the student's record by the school. You may not create or use an account you are not authorized to use.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Description of Service
The App enables parents to view their child's attendance, academic performance, fee status, school circulars/notices, and to communicate with the school, subject to the features enabled by the specific school using SkuTeq's platform. Not all features described in App store listings may be enabled for every school.
3. Data Ownership
Student academic, attendance, and fee records displayed in the App originate from, and remain the property of, the respective school. VVR Smart Solutions provides the technology platform through which this data is made available to parents and does not independently alter academic records. Any correction to underlying student data must be requested through the school.
4. Fees & Payments
- School fees payable through the App are owed to the school, not to VVR Smart Solutions. We may facilitate the payment via an integrated third-party payment gateway.
- Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of payment.
- Refunds of school fees are governed by the respective school's refund policy; SkuTeq is not responsible for a school's refund decisions. Payment gateway processing errors should be reported to support@skuteq.com for investigation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to access another parent's account or another student's records
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Upload harmful code, spam, or abusive content through in-app messaging features
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a student
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, and underlying software, is the property of VVR Smart Solutions Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/notification providers). Your use of such integrated services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VVR Smart Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to data inaccuracies originating from school-provided records or third-party payment processing issues.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VVR Smart Solutions Private Limited, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or at the request of the school administering your account. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and requesting account deletion (see our Privacy Policy).
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SkuTeq Teachers mobile application (the "App"), provided by VVR Smart Solutions Private Limited ("VVR Smart Solutions", "SkuTeq", "we", "us", "our"). By logging in or otherwise using the App, you ("you", "user", "teacher") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility & Account Access
- The App is intended solely for use by teachers and academic staff who have been authorized by their employing school to access it.
- Access is activated using a registered mobile number or email address linked to your staff record by the school. You may not create or use an account you are not authorized to use, and you may not use the App to access classes, sections, or students you have not been assigned.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including attendance and academic records submitted using your login.
2. Description of Service
The App enables authorized teachers to mark student attendance and upload academic records (marks, grades, assignment status) for the classes/sections assigned to them by their school, and to view school circulars/notices relevant to their role. Not all features described in App store listings may be enabled for every school.
3. Data Accuracy & Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of attendance and academic data you enter or upload using your account. This data is made visible to the school and, via the SkuTeq Parent-School app, to the relevant students' parents/guardians. You agree to enter data truthfully and in accordance with your school's academic policies.
4. Data Ownership
Student and staff records displayed in or entered through the App remain the property of the respective school. VVR Smart Solutions provides the technology platform through which teachers submit and view this data on the school's behalf, and does not independently alter academic or attendance records once submitted, except as directed by the school for correction purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to access another teacher's account, or classes/students not assigned to you
- Enter false, misleading, or manipulated attendance or academic data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Upload harmful code, spam, or abusive content through the App
